Site visits are free and carry no obligation. Following a visit we provide a fixed quote for the agreed scope of work. Work outside that scope will be agreed with you before it is carried out.

Larger projects are carried out under a formal written contract with an initial deposit followed by stage payments at agreed milestones. The contract for your project sets out its specific terms and takes precedence over this page.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years. We hold £2M public liability insurance. New builds are built to industry-standard structural warranties. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance or work by others.

Where agreed, we assist with or manage planning applications and Building Control. Decisions rest with the relevant authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
